Christmas Spiced Honey Biscuits

Nothing says Christmas quite like a batch of golden, spiced honey biscuits fresh from the oven. They’re simple enough for little helpers to mix, roll and decorate, so they’re a lovely way to keep the kids busy over the school holidays.

Wrap them in cellophane and tie them with a festive ribbon, and you’ve got a thoughtful homemade gift for teachers, neighbours and loved ones.

Make sure you save a few for Christmas Eve, too. Leave them out with a glass of milk, because we hear they’re one of Santa’s favourites.
