Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients Checklist

  • 250g tuna, finely diced
  • ½ small avocado, halved
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 5cm daikon length, finely sliced
  • 1 ruby grapefruit, segmented
  • 1½ cups cooked sushi rice

Instructions

  • Mix together dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Place rice in the base of the bowls and place the tuna in a mound to the side.
  • Arrange the remaining ingredients in mounds and be mindful of balancing the colours.
  • Garnish with wasabi, pickled ginger and shiso.
  • Pour over the dressing and sprinkle with furikake.
