Ingredients Checklist
- 3 cups Greek yoghurt (For vegan, use coconut yoghurt)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 mangos, finely diced
Instructions
- Mix yoghurt, honey and vanilla together, add finely diced mango.
- Fill mixture into popsicle molds, give a few taps on the bench to release any air bubbles.
- Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
- Keep in the freezer and enjoy a cool refreshing snack this summer!
