Mango & Vanilla Yoghurt Popsicles

Ingredients Checklist

  • 3 cups Greek yoghurt (For vegan, use coconut yoghurt)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 mangos, finely diced

Instructions

  • Mix yoghurt, honey and vanilla together, add finely diced mango.
  • Fill mixture into popsicle molds, give a few taps on the bench to release any air bubbles.
  • Insert sticks and freeze overnight.
  • Keep in the freezer and enjoy a cool refreshing snack this summer!
