Fresh Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients Checklist

  • 1½ cups cooked short grain rice
  • 500g sashimi grade skinless Atlantic salmon, diced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Place the salmon in a bowl. Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and salt to taste.
  • Pour the dressing onto the salmon, marinate for 1 hour.
  • Arrange your selected ingredients in a bowl with rice and marinated salmon, drizzle with Kewpie mayo and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Tasty and so refreshing!
