Ingredients Checklist
- 320g plain flour
- ¾ tsp bi-carb
- 280g salted butter, melted
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup potato chips
- ½ cup pretzels
- Add ins - chips, pretzels, peanut butter, jam, Easter eggs, freckles, lollies & cereal
Instructions
- Place flour and bi-carb in large bowl and whisk to mix through.
- Place melted butter, brown and white sugar, egg and yolk in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and mix with a spatula until combined.
- Add chosen add-ins and fold through. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
- Preheat oven to 180°C, roll into balls (about 60g), flatten slightly and top with extra bits and pieces.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
