Ingredients Checklist

  • 320g plain flour
  • ¾ tsp bi-carb
  • 280g salted butter, melted
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 100g white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup potato chips
  • ½ cup pretzels
  • Add ins - chips, pretzels, peanut butter, jam, Easter eggs, freckles, lollies & cereal

Instructions

  • Place flour and bi-carb in large bowl and whisk to mix through.
  • Place melted butter, brown and white sugar, egg and yolk in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and mix with a spatula until combined.
  • Add chosen add-ins and fold through. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C, roll into balls (about 60g), flatten slightly and top with extra bits and pieces.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  • Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
