Warming Ginger Tea

Ingredients Checklist

  • 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, and extra slices for finishing
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Boil water.
  • In the meantime, juice the 1/2 lemon and pour into your mug.
  • Slice the 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger, and ensure the skin is removed. Add this to your mug.
  • Add in your honey and a couple of lemon slices.
  • Once boiled, pour the water to fill the mug. Stir and let it sit for 2-3 minutes then enjoy.
