Ingredients Checklist
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a large saucepan.
- Bring to the boil and reduce heat to a rapid simmer, stir frequently.
- Continue to cook till the liquid is reduced and of a glossy appearance, approximately 15 -20 minutes.
- Pour into jars and seal while hot.
