Fresh Salmon Poke Bowl by Foodland Recipe Kitchen

  • 1½ cups cooked short grain rice
  • 500g sashimi grade skinless Atlantic salmon, diced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Shaved cucumber
  • Soy beans
  • Finely sliced red onion or sliced spring onion
  • Pink pickled ginger
  • Radish, finely sliced
  • Sliced avocado
  • Shiso leaves
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Kewpie mayonnaise

1. Place the salmon in a bowl. Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and salt to taste.

2. Pour the dressing onto the salmon, marinate for 1 hour.

3. Arrange your selected ingredients in a bowl with rice and marinated salmon, drizzle with Kewpie mayo and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Tasty and so refreshing!
