Ingredients

  • 8 white potatoes
  • 600ml cream
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta stock powder

Equipment

  • Baking dish
  • Vegetable peeler

Instructions

Serve this delicious potato bake at your next BBQ or dinner party.

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes.
  3. Layer potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour cream over potatoes and sprinkle with Vegeta stock powder.
  5. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until potato is tender and top is golden.
