Recipe - Apricot bliss balls

  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
  • finely grated zest of 1 orange
  • 4 tbsp apricot jam
  • extra desiccated coconut for rolling


  • Food processor
  • Baking tray


These Apricot bliss balls make the perfect afternoon snack or dessert. You can even add them to your cheese platter for something sweet and bitesized!

1. Place the apricots in the food processor and pulse till finely chopped.
2. Add the coconut, macadamia nuts, blitz to combine and chop the nuts.
3. Then with the motor running, add orange zest and apricot jam to bring the mixture together.
4. Roll the mixture into balls and coat with extra coconut. Place on a tray in the refrigerator till set, approximately 30 minutes.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
