- 8 white potatoes
- 600ml cream
- 1 tbsp Vegeta stock powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Peel and slice potatoes.
- Layer potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Pour cream over potatoes and sprinkle with Vegeta stock powder.
- Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until potato is tender and top is golden.
