Cheese and chutney twists

These cheese and chutney twists are great for kids lunch boxes, a snack, or savoury addition to a cheese platter.

Ingredients Checklist

  • 4 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 jar tomato chutney
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, finely grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Lay out two sheets of the pastry, spread with tomato chutney and sprinkle with a small amount of grated cheese.
  • Place another sheet of the pastry on top and gently push together.
  • Cut each pastry sheet into 8-10 long strips.
  • Pinch the top end together and twist several times, then pinch the other end together. Place onto the prepared baking tray.
  • Repeat with all the strips. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the top of the twists.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
  • Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
