Terms & Conditions for Foodland’s Goal or Groceries
The promoter of this promotion is Foodland Supermarkets ABN 85 528 062 001 of 292 Grange Road, Flinders Park SA 5025.
Information on how to enter the promotion and prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to all residents South Australia aged 18 years and over who satisfy the entry requirements as stated in terms 4 and 5. The officers, management and employees (or immediate family of an officer, manager or employee) of the Promoter, the agencies associated with this Competition, and their related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter.
To enter participants must first purchase any two specially marked products from
their local Foodland store during the promotional period, complete the official entry form, attach their receipt post to “Foodland’s Goal for Groceries”, 292 Grange Road, Flinders Park SA 5025.
The Promotion starts Tuesday 2nd April 2013 and closes last post Friday 2nd August 2013.
Three entries will be drawn at 10am at Foodland Supermarkets of each of the draw dates.
Draw dates are : 15th April 2013, 3rd June 2013, 1st July 2013 and 5th August 2013.
All entries will remain in the draw until the final draw on Monday 5th August 2013.
Draw winners will be notified by phone and will appear in The Advertisers “Public Notices” on
24th April 2013, 12th June 2013, 10th July 2013 and 14th August 2013.
There is 1 major prize and 2 runner up prizes to be won for each of the 4 draws which also includes 2 match tickets each.
a. The major prize is a $3,000 Foodland Voucher
b. The first runners up is a $2,000 Foodland voucher.
c. The second runners up is a $1,000 Foodland Voucher
Total Prize pool valued at $25,200 including GST.
No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter's decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death or loss of, or damage to property which is suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion or any prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.
